Refund policy

Returns  

We hope you are happy with your purchase however if you wish to return an item for a refund please let us know within 14 days after receiving your item, you then have a further 14 days to return the item/s to us.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, individual items should be unopened, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Provided items are in their original condition for returns we will refund the amount paid and delivery, but not the return postage.

To start a refund and return procedure contact us at thelanenaturalskincarecompany@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Food or beauty products that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damages and issues 

All items are checked and packed with care however if you do find your item is defective, damaged or the wrong item contact us immediately (with a photograph if possible), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. These items are eligible for a full refund on the item/s, delivery costs and return postage costs. 

Refunds 

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
